Every great engineering marvel starts with a spark. For JJ Power Tech, the journey of our founder, Mr. Sribharath Naik, did not start in a boardroom after completing his technical education. It started at the security gates of countless companies.
Day after day, he walked from gate to gate, handing his resume to security guards, only to hear the same repetitive phrase:
"We will inform you."
When he finally entered the workforce as an assistant engineer, he spent years searching for his true calling — gaining diverse experience across 17 different companies in Manufacturing, Robotics, Aerospace, Banking and more. But the rigid corporate structure never felt right, and a meager salary of ₹9,000 could not contain his ambition.
He realized he was not built to follow a standard path — he was built to lead. Starting from scratch required immense financial courage and grueling travel across every single state in India to master the market. Driven by this vision, he decided to enter the Power Generation sector.
To turn this massive vision into reality, he joined forces with his trusted business partner, Mr. Guleshwar — who was working as an instrumentation engineer in a steel manufacturing plant.
When Sribharath shared his business vision, Guleshwar did not hesitate — resigning the very next day with total conviction.
United by shared determination and absolute faith in Jai Jagannath, they officially established JJ Power Tech in the holy land of Puri, Odisha.
